1. Scope of Facilitation Services
Mayo MD Medical Tourism operates as a medical travel facilitator. We provide information, logistical support, visa coordination, and communication assistance to connect international patients with licensed healthcare providers in India. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
All content and details available on this website, or communicated by our administrative coordinators, is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical assessment. A formal doctor-patient relationship is only established directly between you and the respective treating hospital or surgeon in India.
3. Estimates and Treatment Plans
Any cost estimates, quotes, or sample treatment programs provided by us are non-binding and subject to change. The final treatment plan and actual cost can only be determined by your treating surgeon at the hospital in India after an in-person clinical consultation and local diagnostics.
4. Travel and Local Logistics
While we coordinate airport pick-ups, lodging recommendations, and language translation assistance, patients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport, obtaining an active Medical Visa (M-Visa) from the Indian Embassy, and securing travel insurance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mayo MD Medical Tourism is not liable for any clinical outcomes, complications, surgical risks, or medical disputes arising from treatments performed at JCI or NABH accredited hospitals. All clinical liability rests entirely with the treating hospital and medical professionals performing the procedures in India.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical records, history, and identification details when requesting estimates or contacting coordinators. Providing altered or misleading medical reports is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international service facilitation, and any regulatory frameworks applicable in our liaison jurisdictions.
